Entry Level Cannabis Trimmer & Cultivator Douglas Farms, located in Boring Oregon, is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Grower and general laborer at our indoor cultivation facility. The position is full-time, and any applicants must have full availability. Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, punctual, and able to quickly adapt to our standard practices. Applicant will work under general supervision of Director of Cultivation to maintain a growing large-scale facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated person to join a growing company. Job description Assist grow team in all aspects of plant cultivation (watering, pruning, transplanting, pesticide application, harvesting, trimming and general farm labor) Must be 21 or older. Must have OLCC Marijuana workers permit or passed the permit test. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must demonstrate ability to work independently or collaboratively. Must arrive for shift on time, clean, and ready to work. Must have the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. Must not be allergic to cannabis. Must have a relabel transportation.
