A&A Pest Control, Inc. is seeking to add a new member to our Family owned and operated business in the North Oregon and South Washington area. We have been servicing NW Oregon and SW Washington since 1984. *Job Summary: Pest Control Technician, Route Maintenance service work. On Call Services, Extermination and/or Control of insects and rodents. *Job requirements: **Valid drivers license at least 5 years/* good driving record. Our Auto insurance will not insure anyone under the age of 23. **Route experience preferred, *But willing to offer on the job training. If Already licensed We have a Full route ready & pay negotiable! Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Be comfortable working with insects and rodents in a variety of environments. *Need to be able to lift 50 Lbs, crawl in crawl spaces, and climb up ladders and in attics. *Ability to work independently. This job can be a fast paced job at times. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize your time while on the job. Raises & growth available. Pay: $2,600 a month for training wages- when licensed, then DOE + 10% Commission on all Jobs. **$200.00 Hiring bonus after 60days** **Benefits- Paid sick leave, Paid vacation, Company vehicle & gas card, service equipment Uniforms, Cell phone, We offer Health, Dental and Vision!
