Dog on the loose SE 162nd /Division

162nd near Division, Portland OR

Description

Spotted today around 11:45 a.m. this mid to large sized dog. Like a golden retriever, but fairly red in color. Wearing harness. Would not come when called. Saw headed Northbound on 162nd Avenue just to the north of division on the east side of street.
