Master Painter/Tape/Bed/Texture Person NEEDED ASAP!!!!

We are a construction company located in Roanoke, TX and we are looking to add one more person to our team! Someone who is ready to stay with one company who will be faithful to show up on time to work and to our job sites. Does not mind checking in when they get to the job site, and have a little bit of management for their projects. This position starts at $20/hour but has potential to grow within the first 6 months. PLEASE READ THE REST OF THE AD THOROUGHLY BEFORE CALLING!!! Looking for someone who is great with tape/bed/texture and is a master painter. We have several ongoing projects that we need someone ready to work Monday-Friday on all our projects to get them done quickly and efficiently. We don't usually work on weekends unless you are behind on a project. Some paid holidays also. We are a super-easy and fun company, just have to get our work done quickly, and with very high quality standards for our clients. Must be reliable and show up when you say you're going to. Must have your own transportation. Must be legally allowed to work in the US. Must be willing to work hard and do a great job for our high-end clients. Must be proficient in oil-based paint for baseboards, doors and cabinets. Must be able to patch walls, match texture and paint. Must be able to do custom and advanced texture on walls and ceilings Must be able to work with faux finishes, glaze, etc. Must be able to do indoor and outdoor painting. Photos show some of our work and what we expect: Picture #1: This is a heavy texture with 3 tones of paint, mixed to give it a gunmetal gray look, mixed with gold leaf. Picture #2: This is a heavy texture using faux glaze and paint to create a marbling effect. Pictures #3-8: This is typical job that we take on, this one is a small restroom. The cabinet and wood working guys will go in and do their thing, we need someone who can take it from here and know exactly what to do start to finish. MUST be willing to CLEAN and keep a clean workspace start to finish. And when you are done, you clean up after yourself. This is a huge deal to us and to our clients.
