Male cat in need of home

My dog found an intact male cat in our garage. He is friendly, but very dirty and intact. We brought him inside but our dog and cats are not having it. I've contacted all of the local rescues and they are giving me a time span of 2-4 weeks - we just don't have the space to accommodate him for that long.. He uses the litter box I provided for him, and I gave him flea meds yesterday. He just needs to be neutered and kept indoors. He's a sweet and very handsome boy. I just want the best for him.
