A shocking 70% of the nation’s 1,036 majority-Black ZIP codes are considered “distressed,” while only 19 — 1.8% — rank as “prosperous.,”. Why is that exactly? Is it corruption and greed like we have seen time after time in Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans and Washington D.C? And don't these places have colored administration of mayors, police Chiefs and council members? Or is it just that those zip codes are just chock full of people who find it easier to be victims than to take responsibility for their own actions?
