HireQuest Direct in Bismarck is looking for Production Team Members for a local client! This is a temporary position with full-time hours. Pay Rate: $16.00 + per hour Shift: M-F either 7am to 3:30pm or 4pm-12:30am Responsibilities: Scanning products into the computer system and using a computer to pick orders. Learn the machine controls to ensure that product is assembled or produced properly. Perform any necessary corrective actions to maintain a quality product. Take proactive measures to report any/all possible future equipment problems to management. Assemble doors, trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs. Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and other machines. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test as part of a drug-free workplace policy Strong attention to detail Able to work with others. Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting Preferences: High school diploma / GED Previous production/manufacturing/pneumatic tool experience WHY CHOOSE US?
