We are looking for a Full-time groundskeeper that has some basic maintenance ability. Job will include maintenance of 2 retail store, Grass, weeds, parking lot, Interior - Etc. - Snow removal in the winter. Small repairs and upkeep including painting. As well as other duties as assigned. It will also include maintenance of 3 rentals and the owners home. Use of company truck, trailer and lawn equipment. Should have own basic tools. This will be an independent position: > Must be able to work unsupervised. > Think on your feet. > spot things that need done and do them > Must be able to pass a Driving & background check AND drug test These properties will be your full responsibility. You set your 40 hour schedule - to a point - No weekends - unless you want. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual.
