We are not looking for employees. - Job will require power washing, some light stripping and scraping, staining and sealing on approx. 465 sq ft of decking, railing/spindles and stairs. Jobs at SRVC+ are booked, scheduled, and managed by our team. All we need is you, to go out and complete the paint job. We aim to keep you busy and build a strong professional relationship! RESPONSIBILITIES • Set up and clean up at job sites • Prepare surfaces for Staining • Prime and paint or stain surfaces with quality paint to ensure a uniform finish • Maintain clean and organized work area • Create and maintains positive communication with customers • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner • Inspect work for the highest quality • Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property • Follow all safety policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS • All equipment/supplies: brushes, drop cloths, vehicle, etc. • 2-4 years of professional painting/staining experience • Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Quality conscious and detail-oriented • Must have valid general liability + worker's compensation insurance
