I have a backyard space that I normally setup a 10 Ft umbrella that has Velcro around it which I attach netting to. Underneath this Umbrella/Netting which I call "The Tent" is a parquet floor made out of snap together tiles from IKEA. During the winter because the umbrella stand was on the earth, the ground beneath it kinda gave way and bent the legs of the stand to a degree the umbrella is no longer usable.
THE TASK:
1) I need someone to take the old umbrella away.
2) The parquet floor is 7ft x 5ft. I need to double the size of the floor. I've purchased the extra tiles, but they're kinda a pain to snap in so I'd need someone to add in the additional tiles.
3) Right now there's an old indoor/outdoor rung under the parquet tiles so that they are not sitting in the dirt. I'd like a recommendation of what's best to put under all the tiles. Another larger outdoor rug? Foam rubber? Or would this make the tiles mold in the rain? Wood chips? Some kind of slats. I'm not certain what's the best foundation for the tiles. This is a rented apartment so it can't be anything too permanent like cement or gravel.
4) I'm ordering a new Umbrella, which will need to be secured/weighted down, this time not on the ground but on the tiles.
5) New Umbrella will need to be have Velcro attached and the netting attached to it.
