We are a small start up painting company, High Demand Co, looking for skilled, reliable, eager to learn, and professional employees/laborers. We have many jobs coming up and are in need of people who have reliable transportation, since we service the tristate area. The type of skills that are needed, but not limited to are: -Ability to use paint rollers all sizes to fill in walls, ceilings, etc. -Ability to lift up to 50lbs -Capable of using ladders and walking up and down stairs -Team orientated, ability to work well with others, as well as take orders -To be able to cut straight lines on edges, creases, corners, baseboards, and trim -Ability to patch, cover, and sand down small holes for even paint coating -To maintain a clean workspace and prevent paint drippings on floors and carpets. -Ability to get the jobs done in a timely manner -MUST be at least 16 years old With these skills we are also looking for laborers who have the ability and are motivated to learning the trade and can help with small task such as: -Preparation of starting the job such as laying down plastic, gathering all supplies to be ready for use -Ability to use rollers, all sizes, to put paint on just the walls and ceilings (no cutting) -Apply painters tape if and when needed -Cleaning up for the end of day Being employed here at High Demand Co can be a great working experience with the ability to learn and grow with the company. We are always offering pay raises and bonuses, when work is completed well and fast.
