General contractor looking to hire general construction and property maintenance labor. General construction labor will assist contractor with projects ranging from decks to remodeling. Property maintenance labor will assist contractor with gardening projects that include pulling weeds and mowing. Must have reliable transportation. Must have proper PPE. Gloves, boots, safety glasses, etc. Must be punctual. Must be U.S. citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S. and speak fluent English. Must have clean and neat appearance. Labor positions start at $16.00 per hr with fuel reimbursement and will be a 1099 position. Looking for labor to work three to five days a week for the summer season.
