Come grow with us!! We are an established and fast-growing company searching for Full Time Landscape Maintenance Crew Member and Crew Leaders. We are looking for motivated individuals, willing to work outside, who will provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work while growing with us! -Crew Member: Communicate effectively with Foreman / Crew Leader: Run a crew of 2-4 men and hold them accountable for their daily duties -Maintain tools and PPE in safe and clean working condition -Must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 30-50 pounds often. -Previous experience is a must (1-year minimum) to ensure you understand maintenance basics. -Safely perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various maintenance equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, large containers of mulch/plant material, various sizes of lawnmowers, etc. -Safely operate hand and power equipment, including but not limited to manual and gas-powered equipment, hand saw, edgers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, shears, hand pruners, backpack blowers, etc. -Leverage of a walk behind mower over curbs -Lift branches and limbs -Walk various miles daily, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials, or debris. -Bend and kneel throughout the day -Some plant identification is a bonus. -Other responsibilities as may be assigned by Foreman & or Maintenance Production Manager Job Requirements: -Reliable Transportation -Crew Members:Valid Driver’s License not required but is preferred / Crew Leaders: Valid Driver's License is necessary -Landscape/Maintenance Experience is a must BENEFITS: Paid Time Off available after 90 days Benefits available after 60 days (Health, Vision, Dental) www.koehnoutdoor.com
