Looking for bids As you will see from the pictures, we have a horrendous drainage issue at this property.....and yes we do have french drains, they are just not fully functional. Among other places, the water comes into the property from the side door and the front door (see pictures). We need to get a bid on concrete to slope away from the doors and the property, so the water flows into a drain. The ground is going to be excavated and dirt removed (unless perhaps you want to bid on both). Would possibly like to get the concrete stamped if it is not too much more money. This is a low-budget job as the property is trashed inside (with no insurance) and that needs to be repaired also. We are trying to do this as cost-effectively as possible.
