We're a leading commercial landscaping company located in Dallas, Texas, is searching for an experienced landscaping Foreman to meet contractual commitments in a timely, high quality manner, identify additional opportunities on client properties while leading landscaping crews while training them to someday become successful foremen too! This is a full time, 12 month (not seasonal) year round position, and we're looking for that individual who understands the difference between a quality, pride taking landscaping job vs. a simple mow, blow and go (sorry, we'd never offer that service). Responsible for overseeing that superior quality services are delivered to clients. Must be able to work flexible schedule of Mon-Fri with Saturdays during season Supervisor will work side by side with the crew and will be able to endure weather conditions as well as heavy lifting. Jobs may include but not limited to, mowing, weeding, edging, blowing, digging, laying sod, hauling rock, dirt and mulch, the list goes on and on. Heck, we even plow snow in the winters, so you'll never grow bored and will always be challenged to learn new skills with us! Prerequisites: Valid TX Driver’s License, clean background and ability to pass a drug screen Fluent in English and Spanish 1-2 Years Supervisor or Lead Crew Experience in the Lawn Care industry Must be able to work year-round 10+ hours per day Mon-Fri + some Saturday's during peak season Knowledge of plants, trees, groundcover, and seasonal color is a huge plus You must always represent our best interests and maintain the highest level of integrity. Experience driving a full-size truck as well as towing and backing a trailer.
