Then Pacific Field Services might have the answer that you are looking for. We are looking for Occupancy Inspectors in your area to go inspect properties for mortgage companies. These inspections consist of driving to properties taking the required photo's; filling out the forms and sometimes making contact with the mortgagor and leaving a door hanger for the mortgagor to call the bank. These pay per job and usually have a 5 day turnaround time or less. Most inspectors will go out and set up a route with at least 10 – 40 jobs for a part day so they are not going out for one job at a time. · Earn $600 - $900 a month. · Work 1-2 days a week. · Be good at time management · Need a reliable car with good gas mileage · A smart phone that is less than 2 years old (newer iPhone recommended) · GPS with routing capabilities · Home computer with high speed internet and printer/scanner. · Pass a background check.
