As a Spray Technician, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will help identify troubleshoot and resolve fertilization and pest issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis. Here is what you can expect to do while working here: Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient manner Accurately reporting findings to the operations leadership team Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations Safely operating and maintaining spray equipment, chemicals, and all other company property Communicating escalations to the Account Manager and/or Specialty Services Manager Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients Performing other tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of chemical or spray application experience in the landscape industry Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation Preferred Skills & Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish A valid pesticide applicators license Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check Benefits The well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
