F/T Roving Maintenance Position Open

We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician that can assist other maintenance techs in 2 Residential Apartment Complexes. One property is in Buena Park and the other is in the city of Cypress (within 5 miles of each other). Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in the industry, reliable transportation, tools, and a great attitude. Must pass background check and have valid driver's license. Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting, basic carpentry, some a/c repair a must! This is a full time position. Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Does Not need to be on call for after hours maintenance emergencies. Apartment NOT provided with this position. Pay is between $20- $21 hourly with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K benefits available. We need a hard working, team player that enjoys working with others.
