Orange County Maintenance Company is growing and looking to hire four (4) new Maintenance Workers. Requirements: Job requires a driving record with 1 point or less, NO DUIs, and can lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Job Description: Our company maintains commercial shopping centers and business parks by removing trash, graffiti, and illegaly dumped items. We do minor repair issues that each property may need, take before and after photos of each job destination, take notes and report any damages, important sightings, or repairs to be done to each property. When: Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Overtime and weekends are voluntary when needed. Growth Opportunity: Our company promotes to upper level positions from within the organization.
