Construction Superintendent Responsibilities: • Work under the direction of assigned project manager and in team effort with project management team • Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification • Maintain schedule and meet deadlines • Maintain workflow and strong relations with subs • Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, as-built’s, etc.) • Schedule and manage all onsite subcontractors and vendors • Maintain organized, clean and safe site Job Type: • Full-time • Job locations can vary in the greater LA area, Inland Empire, Orange County, San Fernando, and Ventura Counties. • Some jobs require night work Benefits: • Medical and Dental Insurance • 401K and Profit Sharing • Paid vacation and holiday • Other perks such as Phone and Fuel paid Required experience: • Construction Superintendent: 1 year • Commercial Construction Experience: 1 year Required license or certification: • Driver's License
