Description
We are an Event Production studio based in Orange County.
We are seeking the right individual to compliment our breakdown and set-up team along with working in the warehouse during the week. Weekday hours are from 10am-5pm and set up hours vary on weekends. Warehouse duties include preparing for events, pulling from inventory, cleaning décor, fabrication, loading/unloading, etc. Set-up day duties include assisting in the taking of all the décor, staging, florals and misc event props to location and properly set up events. After an event you are to be responsible for taking down the decor, safely packaging, and loading the truck to return to the warehouse. Also report damaged goods to superior. Once back at the warehouse unloading (might) be needed.
Must be able to:
• Possibly work odd hours between 10pm-5am (strike: event tear down) and/or early weekend am for set up
• Have a means of transportation to and from work site or our warehouse in Anaheim
• Able to lift up to 50lbs by yourself
• Load & unload the box truck in the most efficient & space-saving manner
• Handle all props appropriately (package, wrap, unwrap, load/unload, securely strap, etc.)
• Have the utmost care with handling our fragile vases and most delicate décor items (including fresh floral at times)
• Take direction & lead
• Team player

• Give/receive constructive criticism
