Pacific Porters Cleaning Services Inc. We are looking for Porters/Janitors in the areas of Costa Mesa, Brea and Orange. Responsibilities: Maintaining the cleanliness, physical appearance, and curb appeal of the community/Property with the established standards including the grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, leasing office, pools, amenities and other common areas. Additional duties may be assign on site. Requirements: Ability to work well with managers, maintenance stuff, visitors and residents. Self-motivated, efficient and able to adapt to a variety of cleaning situations as they arise.
