Busy Art and Frame shop is looking for an experienced framer to work with our experienced team. Must have experience running a dual miter saw, cassesse joiner, fitting, cutting glass, cutting mirrors etc... Excellent corners on completed frames a must. Must have a full knowledge and understanding of all aspects of framing to include, but not limited to: Mounting and matting of art, archival/conservation framing, and stretching/gallery-wrap canvas. Accuracy of measurement in all aspects of picture framing is critical. Experience with the Wizard computerized mat cutter, frame ready software program, and inventory management preferred. Must have a strong work ethic and great team-building and people skills. Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and positively represent our company! Punctuality and dependable transportation are a must! DO NOT contact us if you have never worked in a art and frame shop. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
