Commercial Property Management Company has an opening for a full time Maintenance Handyman.
Duties will include;
Daily porting services each morning at multi-tenant properties in the Inland Empire.
Removal of graffiti as needed.
General plumbing repair skills; including toilet, water heater, and sink fixture replacements. Water leak property evaluations.
Electrical abilities to set and revise time clocks controlling common area lighting, replace bad lamp and signage ballast and bulbs, replacing electrical fixtures, and breakers in electrical panels.
Painting of offices and warehouses.
Building roof cleaning, basic skills of patching and sealing roofs.
Work truck will be provided and housed each evening at the MAB Corporate Office.
California driver’s license, clean driving record, clean police record. Drug screening may be required upon hire.
Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid drive license.
Position requires emergency response 24/7 when notified by phone.
