Employees that exemplify those traits, are reliable, provide excellent customer service and work well on a team will excel in our company and move up the ladder quickly. •You must like working outdoors with your hands and not be afraid of getting dirty. •You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the local office/shop. •You will be an employee, not a sub-contractor or day-laborer. •We will provide training in the Deck Medic Restoration Processes. •Pay you a fair wage, on time, with bonuses for those that exceed expectation. •Provide you with the opportunity to grow with us as we continue to expand our areas of operation. Those who have previous experience in Deck Restoration will be paid $20/hr immediately, up to and above $25 depending on ability. All others start at $15; once you learn the work and can go out on your own you will receive $20, and when you can do the work quickly and accurately $25 and above. The more work you're able to do the more you will get paid.
