Liv Lux Property Group in Encino is seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Job Site Manager to join our team! Responsibilities: · Manage all aspects of multiple construction projects and oversee all trades · Allocate resources for assigned projects · Schedule, coordinate, and effectively manage the daily construction activities and inspections. · Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, · Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, and trade contractor schedules to ensure timely project completion · Monitor project quality and cost control · Assume overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site. · Guide, and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers. · Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, City and County officials. · Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable trade specific proposals. · Perform other tasks and errands as necessary. Qualifications: · At least five years previous experience in residential construction management and other on site supervision. · Strong written and oral communication skills · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills · Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, prioritize, manage time and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency · Deadline and detail-oriented · Adequate computer skills and be somewhat proficient in Word, Excel, Doc-u-sign, be able to scan and email. Requirements: · Five years minimum experience in professional on site supervision of single family residential construction projects · Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, read and create estimates based on those blueprints, do takeoffs if necessary · Schedule field labor and prepare a material order each day so field staff are fully prepared when they arrive on site · You will be responsible for daily reports, site photographs as work progresses · Driver license with clean record and reliable vehicle and insurance required · Be able to lift heavy loads as required If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity and satisfy the above requirements, please forward your resume for consideration.
