Looking to hire ASAP, a full time Project Manager for our family growing construction company. working hours: M-F: 7:30AM-5:00pm Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00pm  (as needed) The job is a 75% on the field and 25% office. Requirements: * Speaks and writes in English very well, Spanish advantage. * Understand construction from the ground up and knowledgeable with construction process projects.      * Great in customer service and personal relationships. * presentable. * hard worker and fast learner. * problem solver * Capable to manage subcontractors. * Must have a valid driver's license and  a car.    Job description: Manage construction project from A to Z. Visit the job site and supervise the subcontractor. Communicate with customers. Be the contact between the costumer to the subcontractor to the office. Additional tasks like pick up payments, material, city permit and so on. Also be flexible to do other tasks when needed. More detailed will provided during the interview.
