Job Description SCREEN PRINTING SCREEN TECHNICION/ Reclaimer, Preparer, Exposure and Developer This is an entry-level full-time position. The Reclaim Associate optimizes production and assists screen printers by preparing or restoring used screens to fulfill new customer orders as well as expose, develop and burn screens. Looking for a hard-working individual with keen attention to detail. Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative. Pay is commensurate on experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Retrieve all screens ready to be reclaimed for re-use. Remove all excess screen-printing ink and tape from each screen. Expose, develop, burn screens. Assist the production team with additional tasks as needed such as: - Loader/ unloader/ stacker for automatic press - Assist printers with Job setup/registration and tear-down etc Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area neat and complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work in an indoor warehouse environment. Not temperature controlled. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
