Looking for a responsible person to visit a commercial retail building in Hazell Dell 2-3 times per week for an hour or so each visit to: - Pick up trash around the buildings and parking lot and put into the on-site trash enclosure dumpsters - On Mondays, make sure all trash is in the dumpsters (for Tuesday garbage service pickup) - Let us know if there are any issues with the property (i.e. graffiti, lights burned out, other maintenance issues) On a monthly basis, would also need to: - Go onto the roof to check and clean out all roof drains of leaves and other debris - On the 15th of each month, take pictures of four water meters located in a utility room in the building The ideal candidate would live nearby, be dependable and trustworthy, and be OK with the type of work described. Would be an ideal extra source of income for someone with a job already since the hours are flexible. The pay of $300/month is based on $25/hr and the expectation of working about 12 hours each month.
