I have 2 vacant apartments in the city of Poughkeepsie that need to be cleaned up and painted completely! I can provide paint. You will need to provide your own equipment (rollers, brushes, compound, sandpaper/sander). I need someone who is ready to work and is professional with experience. If work is done right, will have additional work including cabinet refinishing, lighting replacement, appliance replacement, backsplash install, closet door install, yardwork etc. I can meet you on May 21st during the day to walk the property and discuss rate of pay and levels of experience.
