售后技术专员 -Training Provided 中国方太集团，创立于1996年，产品遍布全球各地，为了创造健康舒适的厨房体验，方太不断在厨电产品的研发上精益求精。 方太集团美国分公司，在新泽西州Parsippany 现招聘--售后技术专员 1名。 Job Responsibility: • Work closely with technicians/ mechanicals, Customer service team and logistic team. Responsible for resolve all after sales technical support cases for Fotile products and achieving annual NPS goals. • Manage and train cooperated technicians and handy men. Build and maintain long term relationship with existing technician and establish connections with more qualified technicians. • Liaise with vendors, and technicians or mechanicals after orders completed. Arrange installation or repair activities timely and effectively. • Follow up the working process of technicians or mechanicals, and deal with customers’ feedback and complaints. • Responsible for daily work case communication with third party service vendor and keep healthy corporative relationship. • Gather and file service-related documentations. Complete order/repair processing with information and details in internal system. • Coordinate with Customer service department for order details and coordinate shipping date and distribution. Collect and solve issues from customers after completed sales. • Responsible for fix, classify and resale of returned products. • Coordinating with other local logistic tasks assigned by logistic manager. Requirement: • Fluent and proficient in both mandarin Chinese and English required. • 2-3 years related Industrial technical support experience preferred. • Ability to work flexible and adapt work schedule, good time management skills. • Outstanding Communication, Interpersonal skills and writing skills. • Strong work ethic.
