We are currently looking to expand our maintenance team and are searching for experienced rehab workers to help with turns of vacant rentals. Your job will include all necessary requirements to get a unit ready to rent. We are looking for several positions ranging from painting, repairs, rehabs and general laborers. Must maintain a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful attitude with the Tenants (our customers). POLICY: Try to achieve the daily goals established by the Maintenance Supervisor or Office Manager. Be sure to understand what is expected of you each day. All contract employees are to adhere to the hours provided by Maintenance Supervisor or Office Manager. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Working off ladders up to 20 feet off the ground. Climbing onto second-story roofs with pitches up to 6 through 12. Leaning over roof edges to make repairs. Working under sinks and around appliances by bending down or lying on your back. Moving appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers and ranges. Lifting and carrying up to 125 pounds. Working in inclement weather when required. Painting and cleaning. QUALITY: Make the right repair the first time. Avoid return visits to fix the same problems over again. TOOLS: Supply your own tools for all common maintenance repairs. The Company will furnish specialty tools only for unusual repairs.
