NCO Top Off Course 21A
Please join us at the 142d Wing For the Leadership Development Course Class 21A. The target audience are E-5s and E-6s, but E-4s are also welcome to attend. Members must be on a unit funded duty status with leadership concurrence to attend. Topics: Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, ACAs/EPRs and Teamwork.
