Join us for a free community-based COVID-19 vaccine pop-up. Both Pfizer and J&J vaccines will be administered. *****Please book your appointment at: https://hipaa.jotform.com/211256298990162******COVID-19 has disproportionately impacted the health of BIPOC and LGBTQ communities, immigrants and refugees, and rural workers, and these groups often face greater challenges in accessing the COVID-19 vaccine. PCAF has received grant funding from several sources to provide free COVID-19 Vaccine Pop-Up Clinics. With this funding, we can help to reduce some of the barriers to vaccine access and promote equitable recovery. We’ll be hosting clinics monthly through the remainder of 2021. Watch our website for updates, and help us spread the word! For our next clinic on Friday, May 21, PCAF is partnering with The Mix to launch our "Shot for Shot" vaccine incentive program. Anyone over the age of 21 who gets their first vaccine dose at PCAF will get a free drink token on us! Everyone 12+ will be able to get a free meal from Sirius Wood Fired Pizza food truck at the event. You do not need proof of insurance and there will not be ID verification to receive a vaccine. Choose from Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Anyone age 12+ can book an appointment, drink tokens are for age 21+ only. There will be a free food truck on-site for after your vaccine appointment.
