Vacation Rental Cleaner (Part-time max 20hrs/week, several positions available in Kihei & Lahaina Area) "If you get tempted to cut corners, sorry you really don't belong here. We are Precision; a detail-oriented cleaning company, and our clients hire us for just that." Do you have 3+ years of professional cleaning experience with a legit cleaning company? If yes, we'd be thrilled to receive your application! We select detail-oriented & efficient applicants who can provide references, and can uphold the highest cleaning standards, work fast, and show up on time. As a 'Precision Cleaner', you will take pride in cleaning spaces spotlessly from ceiling to floor, and you will enjoy working with natural cleaning products to preserve your health (safety first!). We offer part-time mobile employee positions: starting with 20hrs / week this month and transitioning to full-time in following months depending on tourism recovery. This is all on the books and insured, please only apply if you’re ok with that. Starting pay $20/hr all the way up to $28/hr for high performers. You are paid for your driving time between gigs, and compensated (IRS standard 56cents/mile) for the use of your personal vehicle. We ask you to be flexible with an ever-changing schedule, and sometimes assist with deep-cleaning and move-out cleaning in support of our other employees. More than anything, we need you to show up on time. We also need you to work with a good rhythm, have an OCD sense for details, be autonomous and responsible for yourself, safekeeping the provided equipment, and represent the company with the best of your abilities. We are Precision, and you will be the reason we are called that way. To work for Precision, applicants will need to have: 1) Their own reliable & insured vehicle with a decent-sized trunk, Hawaii license plates and a valid Hawai'i driving license (No car sharing while working). 2) A smartphone with GPS, good camera & data/WiFi connectivity to receive assignments and sign-in / out of shifts use our mobile app. 3) The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use only the company supplies & equipment, wear the provided face-mask, gloves and PPE at all times, and lift up to 35 lbs. 4) Clear criminal & driving record (some exceptions possible). 5) Excellent presentation & communication skills.
