Qualified Handyman with all general handyman type skills are needed, such as: (minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, yardwork, some outdoor cleaning and "people skills". Computer skills are a huge plus and if you have your own laptop or tablet even better. We are a small and growing vacation home rental company looking for a handyman Starting part time, but should become full time, if wanted. Retired, semi-retired is fine or looking to getting in on the ground floor of growing company and a career is also possible. Applicant must have a clean appearance with the ability to follow directions and think for yourself when necessary. You must have your own dependable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license. We need the applicant to start ASAP. Starting pay will be $20 per hour if you have the proper skills.
