***Hiring Event*** Cuff Cleaning Services is rapidly growing and need positions filled Janitorial Cleaning Tech Start Date Anytime between 6/1/21-7/31/21 Work Location: Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach Work Setting: Building structure (Day & Night Shift Available) Working Days: Monday-Friday OR Saturday-Sunday Working Hours: 3-5 hours a night OR 8 hours shift (Full Time Shifts) Work Clock-In Time: 8:00am OR 6:30pm OR 8pm daily Hourly Pay: $15.00 $2,500-$3,000 Monthly pay Paid Bi-Weekly $1,250 Work-site location is throughout Hampton Roads area. Will specify location upon employment Please complete application online by clicking OR copying the link below: JOB DESCRIPTION * Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. * Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops. * Mopping floors with wet or damp mops. * Using electrically powered pick up machines. * To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments. * To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) * To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, * The use of chemical agents as directed by the Supervising Officer in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training. * To undertake wall washing or inside window pane. * To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job. * Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Ability to work flexible hours. * Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds. * Ability to operate manual and mechanized equipment. * Full range of motion. * Ability to stand, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, reach above shoulders. * Ability to maintain continuous walking, standing, bending or stooping for extended periods of time. * Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form * Sight required to visually inspect work site. WORK ENVIRONMENT •Work is for the most part performed in an indoor climate of average daily seasonal temperatures. •This position will NOT supervise management & employees. BENEFITS Holiday Pay.
