Qualifications: First priority: hardworking, honest/has integrity, being teachable, part-time or full-time, pleasant, patient, pride in their work, has transportation 2nd priority: painting experience (your house, missions trips, etc), common sense, in good shape/no fear of extension ladder climbing, desiring a long term stint with the company or career 3rd priority: extra skills: (ie: ability to cut in, caulk, spackle, etc) The Coach Rose Painting Team has a great reputation and we ALWAYS have work. The faster you learn and more skills you gain, the more painting hours you’ll get as well as pay raises.
