Join us at Impact Fitness in Auburn, MA from 1-3 p.m. for a weight training workout for current Military & Veterans from Massachusetts. Designed for those who are looking to improve their general strength and conditioning (to include their ACFT score if currently serving), we are introducing full upper and lower body circuits for new participants. We could use your help in participating in the workout with us and getting your feedback. Routine and general nutrition plan provided.
