MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH Cashier Job Summary Responsible for taking money in the form of cash or credit card from patrons in exchange for food. Inputs items, provides change,and processes card transactions. Primary responsibilities Enter items and ensure pricing is correct Greet customers walking in and leaving Take customers' orders Call out order numbers when food is ready Take online orders and make sure kitchen staff is aware Dispense correct change Take money in the form of cash or credit card Excellent phone etiquette Issue receipts, refunds, and credits (with manager approval) Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change Change receipt paper as needed Package delivery items carefully Clean up work area thoroughly and restock Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue. Qualifications MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Strong customer service skills Positive and professional attitude Basic Math Skills Maintain composure in high pressure and high volume moments All shifts available Benefits 401k paid vacations
