Handyman required - Part becoming full time

We run a furnished apartment company with a handful of apartments across the cities of Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Somerville and are looking for a new addition to the team. Responsibilities would include: Routine preventative maintenance: changing filters, batteries, detectors, tightening furniture, resetting disposals, clearing drains, reprogramming door locks. Reactive fixes: fixing appliances, trouble shooting heating systems, fixing clogs, drains, and other plumbing flareups, fixing furniture, hanging window treatments, art/wall decor and light moving.
