Summary: Field Service Technician- Windows and Doors Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided. Full Time Hours Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between the manufacturer and the customer through… Interacting with customers in the field to create solutions to product difficulties. Installation of Scenic Door collection. Repairing or replacing products and parts using manufacturer guidelines. Ability to provide peace of mind to clients from first meeting through project completion. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance the customer experience. Working with manufacturers to order parts, manage lead times, and discuss product updates. Requirements: Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills. Carpentry/mechanical skills with the ability to evaluate, repair, and implement solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook General customer service experience Travel required- may result in some overnights. Clean driving record General best building practices knowledge.
