Join NOLA Holistic Wellness Center from 2:00pm-4:00pm or from 7:00-9:00pm for a guided Reiki meditation, then create your masterpiece! Strokes of Magick offers participants the opportunity to use painting as a way to become aware of and utilize the power of a balanced flow of energy through the body and environment. Each painting was created to encourage the movement of energy (Chi or Ki) through your Chakras to promote balance and harmony. The session instructor, Kendra is a licensed practical nurse and Reiki Master Practitioner. Please join us by picking a session that works for you.
