We’re looking for a Lead Restoration Technician who has previous experience in management preferably in Restoration. The pay range is based off experience and skill in the restoration experience or like job skills. We offer 401k options, Paid vacation, Paid Personal days, and paid sick days. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage production crews Coordinate and perform production processes for each restoration project Manage and control labor, equipment, and other assets on assigned projects Perform water and mold damage restoration including dry-outs, packing, cleaning, debris removal etc. as needed Provide excellent customer service Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe work area Requirements: Some restoration industry & leadership experience Ability to lift 50 Pounds Ability to learn in- house software Able to successfully pass a background check Valid Driver’s License & able to successfully pass a driver license check.
