National Floors Direct is a major National carpet and flooring installation company. We are looking for a qualified candidate to manage our installation sub-contractors in the daily execution of operations in our Milford, CT branch. Responsibilities of the role include: - Oversee the distribution of all scheduled materials to installation teams daily - Assist in the hiring supervision of outside floor-covering installation teams - Communicate with customers and colleagues with the goal of exceeding customer expectations and delivering a great customer experience Desired Skills and Experience: - Logistical and problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Significant experience in a Customer Service based role; floor-covering or home-improvement experience is a plus! - Computer literate, with experience in email, word, excel, and CRM software programs - Experience supervising in-house employees and maintaining long term relationships with outside installation/delivery teams - Highly self-motivated, organized and dependable - Minimum 2 years of Installation Management experience and direct supervision experience managing a team of at least 10+ internal employees and 10+ delivery/installation personnel required Benefits: - Competitive Base Salary - Lucrative Bonus Plan - Paid Vacation - Paid Sick Days - Paid Personal Days - Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision) - 401k Required experience: - 2 years of Management - 2 years of Customer Service - 2 years of Logistics
