Consistently growing company looking for experienced maintenance help. Must have your own transportation and tools. Must be reliable, trust worthy, and efficient. We have upwards of 100 rental units across 10+ towns along the shoreline; East Haven, New Haven, West Haven, Hamden, Wallingford, Bridgeport, Milford, Orange, Easton, Trumbull, and Derby. Duties include: painting, sheet rock, taping and compound, cleaning, crown molding, trim, dump runs, property clean ups, light fixtures, doors, screens, windows, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, railings, lock changes and drill outs, kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement, as well as toilet and vanity replacements, closet doors, screen doors, sanding, planing, cabinet doors, drawers, handles and knobs, etc. Please email a resume or work experience as well as valid contact information.
