Power Yoga with Nature An athletic but less rigid style based upon the Ashtanga system. It is an intense, flowing style of yoga. Asanas are held for 3-5 breaths. Power yoga is similar to Vinyasa but with more focus on building heat and holding poses for longer periods of time. Benefits of Power Yoga: Strengthens, tones, detoxifies, and enhances the practitioner's performance in particular sports such as Cycling, Golf, football, and swimming.
