Stucco Repair needed+ Balcony/deck built!

I have a stucco house and just under the second story sliding door there is about a 10' Long x 2' wide section that is just a hole in the wall. Roofing metal temporary covering area until it's repaired. A candleiver balcony was once there that rotted and was removed. So need someone very skilled with stucco repair. I need someone who understands The process of Putting plywood, mesh, and stucco as when new stucco homess are built. Also need someone to build a small deck/balcony off that second story sliding door, as well as two other decks on the house need repair & part rebuilding photos show all.
