Need experienced mason to fill (already framed) footing and build 16' x 4' block wall on top of that. All material is onsite. You must have mason tools, shovel, buckets, grinder to cut steel, etc. and transportation. $25-$30/hr depending on experience, tools owned, ability to work unsupervised, etc.
