Max Performance Carpet Cleaning (formally American Cleaning Bob's) is looking to add another Carpet Cleaning Tech to our team. We perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, drapery & upholstery cleaning, wood floor cleaning and recoating, carpet repair and re-stretching. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and quality workmanship is the cornerstone of our company. If you possess the ability and desire to deliver on these three principles, then you are the person we are looking for. Experience is ideal but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record. Responsibilities: • Deliver fantastic customer service. • Perform all tasks with attention to detail and at the highest possible quality. • Safety drive company vans to and from jobs. • Clean carpet, upholstery, drapes, tile floors, etc. with truck mount extractor and portables. • Maintain and keep van, machines, tools, and shop clean and organized. • Complete job work orders and estimates, collect and process payments. • Professionally communicate with dispatcher and customers. • Problem solve • Participate in company paid training and certification classes.
